Our rooms were stunning and had central heating, flat-screen TV, and a dining area. the hotel was next to the train station, restaurants, shops, and the mountains. - the location was super convenient, with Mapacho's Restaurant offering short-order meals just a couple of blocks away from the venue.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the EXCEPTIONAL service. Luis went above and beyond to ensure we didn't miss the entrance to Machu Picchu, and even made us delicious Muña tea when my friend was sick. The location was perfect, with stunning mountain views from the glass room where we enjoyed our incredible breakfast. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the hotel had all the amenities we needed. We were very impressed and would definitely recommend this place!

We had an amazing stay at Qoya Palace - Machupicchu. The hot water was heavenly and the bed was so cozy, making for a great night's sleep. The staff, especially Luis, went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. They even stored our luggage for our Machu Picchu hike, despite our early check-out time. The hotel itself was new and clean, and the location was perfect, just a short walk from the train. The view from the breakfast room was breathtaking, and although the breakfast selection was limited, it was still enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.
